All products on this site are for professional use only and intended for use by trained Eyelash Technicians, Beauty Therapists, Medical Staff, Makeup Artists, and similar industry specialists.

Acknowledgement of Risks
All information on the use of Ceecees Professional products noted on this site and included with the products is provided in good faith for the safety of the technician and the client. Ceecees Beauty and Training does not accept any liability for the results arising from the use of any Ceecees Professional products as the utilization of the product is out of our control.

As a purchaser, you acknowledge that some products are sensitive to temperature extremes which may change the consistency of the product and reduce the product quality and effectiveness. Please refer further to our Products Acknowledgement Policy.

Product Return Policy
Ceecees Beauty and Training endeavours to always ship products of the highest quality. Due to sanitary and health regulations, Ceecees Beauty and Training is unable to accept returns on any opened or used products.
We are unable to accept returns on Foaming Cleansers / Shampoos, Glues / Adhesives, and Glue Removers.

Backorders Policy
Whilst we strive to maintain a fully stocked warehouse, occasionally, supply and demand creates an “Out of Stock” situation. Should this occur, you will be contacted regarding the delay, and we will offer you either a credit or exchange on that product or arrange to ship the product once stock is available.

Purchasing Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of the Australian Government Good and Services Tax (GST).
Ceecees Beauty and Training product prices, shipping costs, and special offers are subject to change without notice at any time.
Postage, handling, and insurance charges are exclusive of the product prices and will be added to the total order at checkout according to your selections.
