Eyelash Extensions Pre-Treatment - 15ml

Pre-treatment is an oil-free protein remover perfect for removing stubborn makeup residue and oils and balancing the pH level of the natural lash. The special ingredient Tannin will boost the bond quicker and extend the life of the lash extension. Pre-treatment is NOT a primer. Primers contain alcohol which will unbalance the pH level of the natural lash which can cause bad retention.
